Alternative Coffee Brewing is focused on non-pressurized brewing. Non-pressurized brewing takes on many forms : V60 Drip, Clever Dripper, French Press, Aeropress etc. During this 1.5 hour session, we will cover the theory of manual brewing, and implement all the lessons learnt for hands on and tasting.
